Returns/Refund Policy
We want you to have confidence in ordering from YourTeaNeeds.com. In order to return or exchange your product, you need to contact us for authorization to return.Please email us: qualitytea@yourteaneeds.com No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Once you receive an email for authorization to return, please follow those instructions as well as the ones below. Please remember that products should be in its original packaging.
Directions to make your return or exchange by mail
- Include all original packing materials whenever possible to better protect the product.
- Indicate reason for return.
- We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for all damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.

Shipping Fees
All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after order is received.
We will ship via UPS ground whenever possible. Shipping fees are priced according to weight.
Taxes
At Yourteaneeds.com, Ontario customers will be charged a sales tax of 8% on all tea ware, accessories and tea makers.
Backorders
In rare instances where your product may be backordered, we will contact you via email as soon as possible to advise you of the delay. It is our policy to do everything within our limits to ensure that your backorder arrives within a reasonable amount of time.
Cancellations
We want to get your order(s) to you as soon as possible. If you decide to change your mind after your order has been processed (shipped out), please follow our return policy.
