We want you to have confidence in ordering from YourTeaNeeds.com. In order to return or exchange your tea ware, you need to contact us for authorization to return.Please email us: qualitytea@yourteaneeds.com You can also contact us using the contact form. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Once you receive an email for authorization to return, please follow the email instructions. Please remember that products should be in its original packaging.
Directions to make your return or exchange by mail
- Include all original packing materials whenever possible to better protect the product.
- Indicate reason for return.
- We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials.
- You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited for all damaged, defective, or wrong items shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days upon receipt of your merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only.
